Because of the condensed hours, we need to be more strict about cancellations and no shows. We are starting a new policy for January appointments. All appointments that take over an hour long need to be pre-paid for in advance. All appointments scheduled require a credit card to hold the appointment and will be charged $20 if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and for the full appointment if we are not notified. We do our best to help you remember your appointments with email and phone call reminders. If scheduled online, you can also set up text message reminders.
For new clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in.
If you are running late, call us at 303-232-2116. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you and may need to reschedule your appointment to respect our other scheduled guests.
If we make you wait longer than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment for any reason, we will put $5 credit on your account.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, SpaFinder (or any other spa gift cards) and some flex account cards. There will be a $20 charge on all returned checks.
In consideration of other guests and staff, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 24 hours in advance for a single service and 48 hours in advance for multiple services. In the event that you miss your appointment you will be charged for the scheduled services. If you call to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Our policy is designed to respect our clients and technicians.
If we need to cancel your scheduled appointment without more than 24 hour notice due to unexpected circumstances on our end, we understand this may cause a disruption in your plans and will give you a $20 credit for rescheduling. This is rare but can happen due to weather, sickness, equipment malfunctions, power outages, etc.
If you have any ailments or disabilities, including pregnancy, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you. If you are on your menstrual cycle, we can still accommodate your Brazilian services as long as you are wearing a tampon.
